Kick-Off Registration Days

CLARIFICATION ALERT!  MUST HAVE ALL 3 PHYSICAL FORMS (EVEN IF YOU UPLOADED 2 TO AeRIES)

Schedule by grade

• Seniors - Tuesday, August 9th
• Juniors - Wednesday, August 10th
• Sophomores - Thursday, August 11th
• Freshmen and New Students - Friday, August 12th
• Make Up Registration - August 16th

Student appointment times can be found on our Calendar. Photos will be taken during Kick-Off for ID, Yearbook, and Picture Packages...so dress accordingly!  Meet in front of NHS theater. 

Student Draft Schedule Changes

1. Schedules will be DRAFTS. All periods and staffing may change based upon final changes to the master schedule and/or the balancing of classes. FINAL schedules will be posted on Wednesday, August 17th at 12pm. 
2. The schedule change request form is now open and can be found at this link. This link will close Monday, August 15th at 12pm. 
3. Please remember that course change requests may be submitted for the following reasons:
   1. Scheduled into the wrong level of a course after completing summer school, or end of the year recommendation.
   2. Missing an academic or elective course and/or does not meet the six-class minimum (five classes for seniors).
   3. Placed in multiple courses in the same period.
   4. Requesting a change in an elective (this will be subject to availability, scheduling restrictions, etc…). See link in google form for a list of open elective classes.
4. Course change requests may not be submitted for teacher or period preferences.
5. If students submitted a course change request in the Spring, they should have received notification regarding their status. We kindly ask that they resubmit their request as the list of closed classes has changed over the summer.
6. Challenge cards remain available for students to pick up at NHS (outside of the attendance office) and are due back by the first day of school. 

NHS Bell Schedules

NHS will have a new bell schedule this year! You can find a link to the bell schedule here. Specific details on these schedules will be communicated soon regarding the first two days of school (August 18 and August 19).

Volunteers make Kick-Off go smoothly!  Please complete your PTSA website registration. Once logged in, click on "My Account" to view all the volunteer sign ups.  We need about 20 parents/guardians for each grade level.
