KICK-OFF DAY

Make Up Day - All Grades 10AM -12 Noon

Please fill out the google form at http://bit.ly/NHSKickOff2022 to notify the school if you will be attending
the make-up day.

For all official school tasks, you must complete all data confirmation via your IUSD Parent Portal first!  Then PRINT OUT and BRING ALL 3 Forms:

1. Ticket to Registration
2. Health Condition Info (Also upload into Parent Portal)
3. Residency Verification Affidavit (Also upload into Parent Portal)

to Kick-Off day. Student must be in attendance.
