For all official school tasks, you must complete all data confirmation via your IUSD Parent Portal first!  Then PRINT OUT and BRING ALL 3 Forms:

1. Ticket to Registration
2. Health Condition Info (Also upload into Parent Portal)
3. Residency Verification Affidavit (Also upload into Parent Portal)

and BRING to Kick-Off day. Student must be in attendance.

For all PTSA tasks (separate from school), please complete registration and all family information on the www.NorthwoodPTSA.org website.  All PTSA forms are online and no need to bring anything with you.  These online forms include: PTSA general waiver, membership, annual donation, spirit wear, and volunteer sign-ups. PTSA is accepting ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY during Kick-Off.
