This bold measure will generate approximately $10 billion in new revenues per year to help restore programs and services for children and students, including instruction in the arts and physical education, as well as science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The revenue can also be used to help reduce class sizes and provide more counselors, libraries, and librarians.
